ChildSpace was designed with the specific goal of moving away from the typical “preschool” set up to create unique, contemporary space in which our students can learn, play and grow in a comfortable, inspiring atmosphere.

Our facility is located in the heart of Del Ray at The Lofts of Del Ray – a newly constructed community built with 21st century sustainable building practices and state-of-the-art fire and safety systems.  Lots of windows and an open, light-filled floor plan is designed to give children plenty of space to move around and promote creativity while providing a sense of connection to the outside world.

For outdoor time, ChildSpace uses Mt. Jefferson Park conveniently located on East Raymond Avenue.

ChildSpace is licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia and the City of Alexandria.
